Do Justice with Us in Des Moines

​

Serve the hungry and unhoused: On the fourth Sunday of each month we partner with JOPPA outreach to provide essential supplies to those experiencing housing and/or food insecurity. We invite you to join us! We also partner with YMCA Supporting Housing Campus and CFUM in addition to hosting monthly meetings to discuss how we can best support our housing insecure community.

Volunteer with us at Nursing Homes: Join us every third and fourth Sunday of the month at 1 PM at Scottish Rite Senior Living Home (2909 Woodland Ave) as we come together in worship to cultivate a sense of community and connection. Your presence not only uplifts spirits but also fosters meaningful relationships among neighbors, enriching lives with every conversation.

Use your voice: Join us in using our voices to advocate for the rights of our neighbors and stay up to date on bills that are being introduced or voted on that will directly target our LGBTQ+ communities, women, Black, Brown and Indigenous peoples, as well as immigrants and refugees.
